Mike Acheson, Secretary
Mike Acheson. I have been a Waterchase resident for eleven years. My wife and I moved to Florida to raise our family and grow it, as luck would have it. I have always enjoyed every aspect of living in Waterchase and wish only to further that experience for all who enjoy it as much as I do.With a common sense approach to business matters, combined with a commitment to cost saving effective leadership, I will do my best to ensure that all decisions are addressed in a fair; equitable; cost effective; and timely manner
Chris Rizzo, Vice President
Chris has spent the last 20 plus years of his career in a variety of roles focused on maximizing revenue and controlling expenses. He has also been very involved in Toastmasters International over the last decade, serving as VP of Membership, VP of Operations and President of Toastmasters Club 2284 in St. Petersburg FL. In his free time, Chris enjoys tennis, working out and spending time with friends and family. There's a good chance you've seen him walking in the community with Riley, his adorable 5 year old golden doodle.
 Sal Mancini, Treasurer
I have been living in Waterchase since 2014 with my wife Allison, and daughters, Ava and Leah.  I previously served on the Board of Directors from 2014 through 2019 in the role of Treasurer. I have over 20 years of relevant experience in the field of accounting/finance, where my current and prior work responsibilities have included supervisory roles, project management, team leadership, and business development.  My experiences, as a CFO of Wright Flood and my previous role as an Inspection Leader at an accounting oversight board, have always complimented and strengthened my work performance through rapid situational assessment, strong decision-making skills, teamwork toward a common cause, personal approachability, and conflict resolution.  I intend to continue to utilize these strengths toward the betterment and continued improvement of our neighborhood, capitalizing on the solid framework already in place and adapting to our future needs. My wife and I are grateful to have found such a wonderful community to allow our daughters to grow-up in a safe, family-friendly environment.  I look forward to continue serving on the Board of Directors in hopes of allowing Waterchase to remain one of the premier Tampa communities to live in.
Jordan Adams, Director at Large
Jordan Adams I have been a proud member of the Waterchase community since 2006. I live in  Savona with my beautiful wife Corinne, daughter Hailey (6) and son Parker (4). We have been quite active as a family here, going to a lot of community events for the kids and my wife and I attend many of the evening Waterchase social events as well. I currently serve as Secretary and in the past served at large and on the fitness committee and community enhancement committee. I believe it is important to maintain and control costs without sacrificing lifestyle quality and safety. In 2007 I founded the first Waterchase band - a classic rock and blues success! Forming The Herding Cats has been incredibly rewarding for me - getting our neighbors together and having a great time. We have played at many Waterchase music paloozas so odds are we may already know each other! Professionally, I am the founder and CEO of United Fight Alliance and a network television executive and entrepreneur. I specialize in television programming, development, production, syndication and distribution. I have a deep passion and am grateful for this community that my family and I call home. I would like the opportunity to serve you - my neighbor, and am asking for your vote to the board of directors.

 Debbie McGuire, Director at Large
 Debbie Mguire
My name is Debbie McGuire and I have been a member of the Waterchase community since February 2006. Prior to moving to Waterchase my family and I lived in Long Island, New York. After 9/11 my husband's company had to relocate several hundred employees to Tampa. At the time I was not thrilled about moving three little kids to Florida, but once I saw Waterchase the decision was easy.We have enjoyed living here immensely and I have seen the area grow by leaps and bounds. The schools have been great. My children have gone to Mary Bryant, Farnell, Sickles and Hillsborough IB. Now 2 graduates from FSU (go Noles!) and one still on her collegiate journey.I have previously served on the DRC Committee and was a member of the Hearing Committee. Because I felt so passionately about our community, I took the opportunity and joined the Board of Directors.I am proud to call Waterchase my home.
